Just had very bad experience at reception desk where another guest just brutally jumped the queue - extremely pathetic. The lady at the desk just gave me a blank stare and left it like that. The manager, Andreas something, stood within a meter and just let it go.

I emailed the hotel a month in advance to ask for a shuttle with no response. Thus had to take a taxi for $20 euro from the airport. My kids love to play our arcade and because it has 4-players there's no, wee almost no, fighting. My husband was even able to add additional games.
